2017 Taiwan Online Programming Contest

1. 基本資格規範 Basic Eligibility Rules

The eligibility rules are contained in the official regional rules on the ACM-ICPC website (link) .

2. 隊伍組成 Team Composition

每隊由一名教練、三名參賽隊員、至多一名候補隊員組成。教練為參賽學校之教職員，並獲學校授權，必須負責證實參賽隊員資格，並負責與主辦方聯繫。參賽隊員與候補隊員需要滿足 ACM-ICPC 官方規範，不可擔任教練。
A team must have a coach, three contestants and at most one reserved team member. The coach must be authorized to represent the school. He/she certifies the eligibilities of the contestants and is the official point-of- contact. All contestants and reserved team member must satisfy the ACM-ICPC official rules. None of them may serve as a coach.

TOPC 2017 隊伍組成補充說明

本年競賽時值暑假，如無法三人齊聚一地在教練監督下進行競賽，可以由有報名之候補隊員(Reserve)參賽。如果如此還是無法湊齊三人，以受教練監督之隊員為參賽隊員，其餘隊員在賽中視為未參賽之外部人士，不得參與討論及上傳程式碼。如違反前述規定，則取消參賽隊伍資格，不予排名。
